Want to Learn Reiki?

Reiki is a natural, safe, and accessible practice that anyone can learn, regardless of age.
By channeling positive energy, Reiki empowers you to support your own self-healing — an essential part of overall well-being.
Daily self-healing practice helps you feel more grounded, balanced, and relaxed, while amplifying the body’s innate ability to restore itself.
Reiki can ease anxiety and worry, while enhancing inner peace and calm.
Once you are attuned, you’ll not only be able to give Reiki to yourself, but also share this healing energy with family and friends — a beautiful gift that nurtures both you and those around you.

There are three levels of Reiki which are there to guide practitioners step by step — from learning the basics of self-healing, to working with others, and finally to teaching and mastering the practice.

Each level builds upon the previous one, deepening your connection to Reiki energy and expanding your ability to channel it.

Level 1
Introduction to Reiki principles and history
Attunement to open energy channels
Hand positions for self-treatment and treating close family/friends
Focus on physical healing and daily practice

Level 2
Deeper connection to Reiki energy
Use of sacred Reiki symbols and mantras
Ability to send healing across distance (Distance Reiki)
Focus on emotional and mental healing
Often the level where practitioners begin offering Reiki professionally

Level 3 -Master Practitioner
Advanced techniques and deeper spiritual connection
Attunement to Master symbol

Why This Structure Matters

Gradual Growth: Each level ensures practitioners integrate Reiki energy safely and steadily, without overwhelm.
Attunement Process: At every stage, a Reiki Master performs an attunement (Reiju), which opens energy channels further, allowing stronger flow of Reiki
Balance of Practice and Understanding: The levels combine theory, practice, and spiritual development, so practitioners evolve holistically.
Universal Accessibility: Level 1 makes Reiki available to anyone, while Levels 2 and 3 deepen skills for those who feel called to expand their practice.
